Refund Policy

At Coca’s Dollhouse, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds once a service has been provided or a product has been purchased.

Services

  • All service bookings are non-refundable.

  • Once a service has begun or is completed, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving your appointment so we may assess and address the concern at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Products

  • All retail product sales (including lashes, lip glosses, press-on nails, beauty tools, and accessories) are final sale.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

  • If a product is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for review. Approved cases may be eligible for an exchange only (no refunds).

Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your total service balance.

  • Deposits will be forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required timeframe will result in loss of deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to this refund policy and waive the right to chargebacks.

  • Any chargeback attempts will be disputed with supporting documentation, including signed intake forms, booking confirmations, and service records.

Agreement

By booking an appointment or making a purchase at Coca’s Dollhouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

The services and products provided by Coca’s Dollhouse are intended for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only. Results may vary from client to client, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

By booking an appointment or purchasing any product, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily receiving services and/or products at your own discretion. Coca’s Dollhouse, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, injuries, allergic responses, dissatisfaction with results, or damages that may occur before, during, or after services or product use.

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical, dental, and personal information prior to services, including but not limited to allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, or recent dental or cosmetic procedures. Failure to disclose such information releases Coca’s Dollhouse from all liability.

All products are used and purchased at the client’s own risk. Proper aftercare and usage instructions must be followed. Coca’s Dollhouse is not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper care, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
