Welcome to Coca’s Dollhouse. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any service or product, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services & Appointments

  • All services are provided by trained professionals for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only.

  • Results may vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or cancellation without refund.

  • Coca’s Dollhouse reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, hygiene, or policy violations.

Bookings, Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure appointments.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

  • No-shows and late cancellations may be charged 100% of the service price.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the required timeframe stated at booking.

  • Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • Coca’s Dollhouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

  • All services and product sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services, deposits, or purchased products.

  • Exchanges may be considered for defective products reported within 48 hours.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information on intake forms.

  • Failure to disclose relevant medical, dental, or personal information releases Coca’s Dollhouse from all liability.

  • Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

Products

  • Products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold without permission.

  • Coca’s Dollhouse is not responsible for misuse or adverse reactions resulting from improper product use.

Health & Safety

  • Coca’s Dollhouse follows strict sanitation and safety protocols.

  • Services may be refused if a client presents conditions that may compromise safety or results.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and branding, is the property of Coca’s Dollhouse and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Coca’s Dollhouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services, products, or website use.

  • Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or product.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By booking or purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks.

  • Any disputes must be communicated directly with Coca’s Dollhouse.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with documentation.

Governing Law
